We would like to install an undermount sink in our bathroom but are concerned with bacteria, etc. getting under the rim regardless of how often you clean. I am assuming there will be grooves and crevices in the chaulking where bacteria can grow. Any suggestions?
What is the best way to clean under the rim of an undermount porcelain sink?

I have Corian countertops with a topmount sink, but want to replace it with an undermount sink. One of the main problems is that there isn't enough countertop left at the back to put a faucet in, so the faucet would have to be installed on the undermount sink. looks like I'm stuck with a topmount, but wanted to get some feedback.
Can a topmount sink be replaced with an undermount sink?

I'd like to buy a piece of leftover granite for cheap, and then cut out a wetbar sink in it. Can I do this myself with any tools? it seems that a angle grinder with a diamond blade can cut, but wont give me a nice edge if I desire an undermount sink.
Can I make an undermount sink cutout in granite myself?
