Verandah’s Clementine model offers outdoor fireplace and living area

FORT MYERS — The Clementine is now open for viewing in Verandah’s Citrus Creek neighborhood.
The two-bedroom, two-bath villa model home features an outdoor fireplace and overlooks a lake in Verandah, the 1,456-acre master-planned community being developed by Bonita Bay Group along the Orange River in Fort Myers.
Built by Wyman Stokes Builder, the Clementine floor plan features 1,834 square feet of living space that is designed around a great room. The 2,939 total square feet includes a front portico, covered verandah and side-loading, two-car garage. This home also has a dining room, study and custom pool and spa.
The model’s exterior architecture is embellished with gables, columns, shutters and decorative lap-like cement board siding. Double doors open into the foyer, which is well-lit by a transom above and sidelights.
Ceramic tile — introduced in the foyer and used throughout most of the home — leads the eye into the great room, where four sliding glass doors reveal the sparkling pool and lake views.
The great room’s two-story recessed tray ceiling is accented with crown molding, while a niche provides room for an entertainment center.
The study is positioned to the right of the foyer and is entered through double pocketing doors. Crown molding defines the ceiling and a window offers views of the front gardens.
Flowing off the great room are the dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar and center island. The kitchen cabinetry is light with rubbed edges and is topped by granite counters. Whirlpool appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and a range with microwave. There is also a pantry and an oversized sink with a pullout faucet.
A trio of sliding glass doors in the dining area showcases views of the fireplace and the pool area, which features a round, raised spa with a bubbler and a built-in bench. The verandah measures 487 square feet under roof and expands to the pool deck.
The master bedroom includes his-and-her walk-in closets, sliding doors leading out to the screened-in pool area, and a two-level tray ceiling with crown molding.
The master bathroom offers dual sinks, a water closet, linen closet, and a chrome-and-glass-enclosed walk-in tiled shower with decorative listello.
A guest hall features a linen closet and access to the carpeted guest bedroom and full guest bathroom.
Located between the kitchen and garage, the utility room is equipped with Whirlpool appliances and upper and lower cabinetry.
Additional features found throughout the model include 5.25-inch-wide Victorian baseboards, wood windowsills and decorative chrome Kohler faucets. It also offers an energy-efficient water heater, a programmable digital thermostat and an energy-efficient air-conditioning and heating system.
The Clementine features interior design by Jett & Co. It is priced at $730,000, furnished; $373,900, unfurnished.
