1268789111 Which is better..an Elkay stainless steel kitchen sink or the Kohler brand?I am in the market for a 1 bowl stainless steel kitchen sink. I was told by a Lowes employee that Kohler is superior than the Elkay brand of sink. Kohler is $400 and Elkay is $200. Are there any contractors out there who have an opinion on these brands of sinks. the Elkay sink is 20Gauge and the Kohler is 19Gauge thickness. I just need to know how will I benefit from paying double for Kohler versus Elkay?! Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question!!!
